1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided
Pineapple Labs offers digital services including website development, branding, SEO, and digital marketing. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials created by Pineapple Labs during the course of a project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is typically required to begin work. Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in your individual contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pineapple Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site.
